Summary
The Regional Director of Enrollment Services ensures full compliance in all recruiting activities and adheres to all laws and regulations governing student recruitment activities as well as upholding Carrington College conduct and ethics expectations.
The Regional Director of Enrollment Services supports the Directors and Assistant Directors of Enrollment Services and the Campus Directors in the training and operations of the Enrollment Services departments at all assigned locations. The Regional Director of Enrollment Services is responsible for successfully leading training and processes necessary for the campuses to meet or exceed enrollment services department operational goals and objectives. This position will located at within driving distance of a Carrington College Campus. Travel is required (up to 75%).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures full compliance in all recruiting activities and adheres to all laws and regulations governing student recruitment activities as well as upholding Carrington College conduct and ethics expectations.
- Support the Directors and Assistant Directors of Enrollment Services in the training, development, performance management of department, including conducting observations of Enrollment Services team as appropriate.
- Conducts at a minimum, weekly touchbase meetings with each Director/Assistant Director of Enrollment Services and attends other departmental meetings to support operations.
- Collaborate with Student Finance and Academic Affairs on cross-departmental processes and projects.
- Provides oversite, feedback and direction for maximum efficiency to meet or exceed all performance expectations and goals.
- Participates in at least one New Student Review at each location twice per year to provide feedback to improve the effectiveness of the process.
- Provides feedback and training as appropriate to generate personally-developed referrals at the campus level.
- Provides accurate and timely enrollment forecasts.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels at each location.
- Serves on committees, task forces and advisory groups as appropriate.
- Travels regularly (up to 75%) to support the campuses.
- This position is located at or within driving distance to a Carrington College Campus.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position may have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of Management level Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable goods sales experience.
- Prior direct supervisory experience required.
- Experience managing multiple locations and/or nationwide recruitment territories with a proven record of success preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Must be able to work
on many different types of projects and seeing each to a successful completion.
- Demonstrated successful multi-tasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective problem-solving and consultative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: $90,624.00 - $130,000.00 per year
