What We Do / Project
As the CDP Product Owner, you will own the end-to-end architecture, implementation, and optimization of our Customer Data Platform. Leveraging tools like Segment or mParticle, you'll ensure seamless data integration and activation across our ecosystem. You'll collaborate with engineering and data teams to design scalable solutions while meeting the business needs of marketing, analytics, and game teams.
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
Product Strategy & Roadmap :
- Define and communicate the CDP vision, aligning with company goals for player engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Build and prioritize the CDP product roadmap, balancing business needs with scalable technical architecture.

Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) CBP Data Architecture experience
a. Understand how data flows between systems (ingestion, transformation, activation) and ensure proper data modeling for the CDP.
2) Data Governance & Compliance
a. Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations to ensure compliance.
3) Data Integration & ETL
a. Ability to work with teams to manage data ingestion from multiple sources (CRM, web, mobile, social, etc.).
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Prior experience in game telemetry systems or live service analytics.
2) Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
Soft Skills
1) Expertise in data architecture and system design, including building and managing event-driven pipelines.
2) Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications on data handling.
3) Solid understanding of data flows, event tracking, and data taxonomy in digital ecosystems.
4) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical and business teams.
5) Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
6) Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
