Description :
Helps oversee the scrum and development team. They are knowledgeable in Agile methodology and scrum and able to educate others. They also act as a buffer between the scrum team and product owner and maintain a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution.
This is a Sr. Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager role who will support a priority multi-year initiative. Requires professional and experienced scrum master with deep agile expertise as well as experience with waterfall project management who has proven success in the following : - Deep knowledge and experience across agile practices - All scrum ceremonies and practices - Proven ability to assess teams maturity through retrospectives, metrics, and observations, and experience developing and executing a coaching plan to drive continuous improvements - Experience providing coaching and training on targeted practices to enable improving a team's ways of working - Understanding of both Scrum and Kanban team models - Experience working in a scaled agile environment (i.e. SAFe, or other scaling framework) - Strong communication skills and relationship development - Understanding of Waterfall Project Management, including strong issue, risk mgmt, cost mgmt, dependency mgmt, etc.
