Key Responsibilities
- Technical Design & Quality Control: Lead and execute all mechanical system calculations, layouts, and designs for assigned projects.

- Construction Administration: Conduct site visits, review shop drawings, and address construction-related queries.
- Cost-Efficiency Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance project cost-efficiency.
- Mentorship & Quality Assurance: Mentor mechanical designers and support the director in quality assurance reviews.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the engineering field with a strong focus on mechanical systems, particularly in healthcare building systems design.
- Code Knowledge: Proficiency in mechanical, energy, and FGI codes.
- Preferred Experience: Medical gas system design (not required).
- Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam (required).
- Professional Engineering (PE) license (preferred, not required).
- Valid driver’s license and access to an insured personal vehicle for work purposes.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office, Trane Trace, and Revit.
