Job Title: Director of Sales
Location: Plano, Texas or Remote USA
Position: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive strategic sales efforts across the U.S. market with a strong focus on Salesforce-related services.
- Build and nurture relationships with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) to drive co-selling opportunities and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored for Salesforce SI/ISV partnership models.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with small to mid-sized enterprises (under 1,000 employees).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and partner teams to align on GTM plans and client success.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals that communicate mindZvue’s value as a Salesforce Summit Partner.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM tools.
Experience:
- 7 years of experience in technology sales, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven success in working closely with Salesforce AEs on joint go-to-market efforts and co-selling motions.
- Previous experience working at a Salesforce SI (System Integrator) or ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Partner.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products, services, and customer ecosystem.
- Experience selling to or working with small to mid-sized businesses.
- Based in the U.S. with flexibility for remote or hybrid work.
- A proactive, high-energy sales leader with a growth mindset and customer-first approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
- Exceptional relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and a passion for driving impact.
