Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and manage clinical operations to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care services
- Provide training, supervision, and support to clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
- Serve as a liaison between administrative and clinical departments to promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Address any clinical issues or concerns promptly, ensuring resolution aligns with organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in social work, psychotherapy or psychology.
- Proven experience in behavioral management, with a focus on clinical operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating performance metrics and implementing quality improvement strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
