We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Manager to lead our operations team at our Dallas-based facility. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, with experience in managing teams of 10 employees and implementing process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10 years of experience in a manufacturing business. They will also have 5 years of management experience, with a proven track record of improving organizational processes, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a department of around 20 people
- Oversight of both Supply Chain and Production
- Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
The Manufacturing Manager will work closely with the General Manager to develop annual business plans and set short- and long-term operational goals for the team. They will also be responsible for maintaining a 5S program and ISO9001:2015 certification.
