A facility in Northern Texas is looking for a dynamic Medical Director to lead their clinical team and provide exceptional patient care. Position Overview :

Assist in leading the medical direction and ensure quality of care.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications :

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.

Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).

Active medical license in Texas (or ability to obtain).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Willingness to learn and assume the responsibilities of an Associate Medical Director.
