About Us: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Advertising Department temporarily while a team member is on medical leave. This position is on site, Mon-Fri 8:00AM-4:30PM. Wage dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting text and ad pricing for weekly and monthly ads
- Input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems.
- Proofreading and filing data for future ads
- Ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects.
- Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines.
Job Types: Temp-to-hire, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
