Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing excellent service to our patrons.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety standards and responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during catering events.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or related roles is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Familiarity with POS systems or similar cash handling systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
