Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes from dining areas as needed.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Support the kitchen staff with food preparation tasks when necessary.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a food service or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
