Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding parking procedures and any relevant information.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Assist with valet parking services when required, ensuring vehicles are parked securely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
- Monitor parking lot for any unauthorized vehicles or potential issues.
- Provide assistance to guests with special needs or requests as necessary.
Skills
- Strong driving skills with experience in operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Background in guest services or customer service, particularly within the hospitality industry.
- Experience in cash handling and financial transactions is preferred.
- Familiarity with valet parking operations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a dealership setting is advantageous.
