What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at Mineral Resources International?
Job Summary:
Sell MRI Products to Wholesalers, Private label, and Distributors.
Establish a good rapport with customers by contacting them regularly and providing great customer service. Follow through on orders and other tasks as needed. Coordinate with other departments as needed. Attend trade shows as needed.
Will receive commissions in addition to an hourly wage based on assigned region.

General Manager, Assistant Sales Manager
Essential job functions
Generate profitable sales for MRI.
Generate new sales leads by researching out potential customers.
Enter orders into MRI’s Fishbowl and ZOHO software.
Follow through on shipping orders.
Coordinate with customer: shipping, payments etc.
Adapt MRI’s general contracts to the situation of specific customers and make recommendations to MRI’s legal department for Broker Contracts.
Represent MRI positively to the customer.
Ability to learn about MRI products to promote MRI products to customers.
Give promotional and motivational presentations to customers.
Plan and execute customer tours in the U.S. and at MRI.
Coordinate with any or all departments within MRI to coordinate and plan for all customer orders.
Coordinate with customer and MRI in preparing product registration documents for international customers.
Represent MRI at official and unofficial functions such as international business symposiums, or other community or government functions.
Prepare travel itineraries for own business trips.
Be willing to spend adequate time in the customer’s territory giving direct service to that account.
Handle confidential and non-routine information.
Type and design general correspondence, memos, charts, business plans, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent
AND
With one (1) years of progressively responsible experience in a field directly related to the above duties.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Qualifications:
Occasional travel may be required.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires poise, tack, and diplomacy.
Able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demand.

Fishbowl Inventory Management software
Microsoft office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams, Outlook)
Work Environment:
Sit or stand as necessary.
Ability to lift 50 – 75-pound boxes.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
