What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Administrator position at Miners Underground?
Position: Laborer
Location: Harmony, MN (projects are within 1.5 hours from the shop in Harmony)
Salary: $16-$20 per hour based on experience
Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday
All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test as part of the hiring process. Ongoing drug testing may be required per company policy.

Summary: Labor and assist operators and foreman with completion of objectives and tasks.

- Projects are scheduled in a manner that is visual, accurate, and in accordance w/ customer needs.
- Documents for a project are accurate, up to date, and maintained.
- Billings for projects are managed, tracked, accurate and sent to be billed in a timely manner.
- Daily production and timecards are turned in accurately and on-time.
What skills do I need to do this job extraordinarily well?
2-5 years experience with coordinating projects.
Familiarity with construction of underground utility safety (ie- one call locate systems).
Minimum 2-3 years experience in project administration, including softwares like Asana, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and professional skills.
A “I will attack this problem” mindset.
Knowledge of underground utility systems, fiber networks, utility grids, and construction processes is a plus.
Must be a self-starter, bring a positive attitude to the team, have a desire to succeed and make a difference in your community!
