Introduction
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the performance of our electrical maintenance operations. You will be part of a skilled team, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and protocols for electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues and malfunctions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and procedures during all maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with maintenance manager, providing constructive feedback and lead electrical training to team as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Manage inventory of electrical spare parts and tools to ensure availability for maintenance work.
- Recommend and implement improvements to electrical systems and processes to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management, highlighting key maintenance metrics and performance indicators.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and optimize resource allocation within the electrical maintenance team.
