Sales Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Minerva products to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends in our industry.
- Improve net Sales and open new markets.
Account Management:
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Regularly visit customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Product Knowledge:
- Provide customers with detailed information on Minerva products, including sourcing, quality, cuts, and preparation methods.
- Stay updated on the latest meat industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory requirements.
- Train customers and their teams on product usage, storage, and handling best practices.
Requisitos e qualificações
Essential:
· Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact, motivate and engage effectively.
· Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills within a fast-paced organization.
· Self-motivated and work well both independently and as a team.

Desirable:
· Some existing relationship in the food industry
· Spanish language is a differential
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the meat industry or food products sector.
· Strong knowledge of meat products, cuts, and the meat supply chain.
