Minerva inc. is currently hiring DISTRICT MANAGERS to join our growing management team. We are a family oriented growing Network of Dunkin’ locations. We currently operate 23 locations and are looking to grow! Immediate openings available.

Who we are looking for:
- Positive Successful Leader to oversee a number of stores’ operations and drive results
- Need to be very hands on and has a understanding of all aspects of the operations. Must be able to help with guests and have knowledge of all products.
- Would like to find someone that has been with Dunkin and worked up through the ranks.
- Previous Fast Food/Quick Service Restaurant/Multi-Unit Experience is fine as well.
- Top Notch Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
