Job Overview:
MINES is looking for an Attorney Network Coordinator to assist in the day-to-day activities of the Provider Relations Department to help with the management of our attorney network while also implementing innovative, flexible strategies to provide support to the company as a whole. Provider Relations is the main connection point of providers (including clinical and non-clinical providers) and MINES, making it imperative that one is customer service oriented while problem solving as a team to create and maintain a robust network of providers. The primary duties involve completing data entry, quality assurance tasks, completing network management tasks such as outreaching potential attorneys, negotiating rates, contracting, and credentialing attorneys. This role is constantly evolving, making it important for one to be flexible, and able to complete new duties as discovered or assigned as it relates to the needs of Provider Relations and MINES and Associates, Inc.

Core Responsibilities and Duties
- Recruit attorneys to join the network or do single case agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with attorneys, network partners, and the community.
- Review, revise, negotiate, and approve attorney contracts and rates.
- Create, upload, and maintain accurate records by entering data into the M365 environment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, forms, and faxes.
- Review and approve attorney applications based on credentials and requirements.
- Re-credential current attorneys by reviewing network requirements and following up as needed to ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze, problem solve, and communicate with attorneys on their questions regardless if it is an IT, contracting, EOB details, or procedural question.
- Review, respond, and meet with attorneys, other providers, clients, and other clients via in person (if applicable), virtual meetings, phone calls, and email messages.
- Review and resolve complaints against attorneys.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met.
- Facilitate accurate and timely communication between departments and teams to maintain smooth workflows.
- Maintain excellent documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments on specific attorney needs.
- Assist the VA team with creating contact records, scheduling VA clients with attorneys, and related reporting.
- Support various company needs.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions
- Must have adequate internet connection to work remotely as work is completed through the M365 environment.
- Must have a private location or office as work deals with confidential health information.
- Must attend weekly video meetings with the Provider Relations Team.
- Must be able to drive (if located in Denver Metro).
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Must be able to be in front of a computer screen for long periods of time.
Job Requirements
- Paralegal Preferred.
- Required Bachelor’s degree or related professional experience.
- Strong computer literacy (must be comfortable with business math and be proficient in Excel, Word and other Microsoft computer programs as well as be able to type at least 50 wpm).
- Good knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Basic knowledge of behavioral health insurance terminology and codes.
- Able to work with diverse groups of people who at times may be unskillful or unwholesome in their perceptions, communication, or interactions due to their individual limitations, psychological pain or other sociological or psychological factors.
- Excellent clerical and data entry skills.
- Pleasant phone presence.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 MST
Please note that this position is temporary and goes through 2/28/2025.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $28.69 - $32.22 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
