Minga is a wholesale distributor specializing in Fair Trade products (clothing, jewelry, gift items). We are looking for an honest, humble, hard-working individual with an eye for detail.
We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be expected to be familiar with our product offerings, and to provide assistance to customers to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell fair trade products using solid arguments to existing and prospective wholesale B2B customers.
- Perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members, other departments and management
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keeping excellent track of customer feedback and suggestions within our ERP and CRM.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends - coordinating with our Marketing department as appropriate.
- Continuously improve through feedback - we believe feedback is a two way street, and expect candidates to be able to receive feedback, and also give feedback.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Be proficient with Macintosh/Apple and PC systems
- Be proficient with email
Bilingual abilities are a plus!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $33,773.00 - $55,000.00 per year
