Job Purpose :
This role is an integral part of our efforts. You will advocate for the user, ensuring our digital experiences are a pleasure to interact with. As an Entry-Level UX Designer, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centered designs. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the entire design process—from user research to wireframing, prototyping, and testing. Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Assist in maintaining and contributing to the design system.
- Stay up-to-date with UX trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
