The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into meaningful visualizations and reports that enable stakeholders to understand complex information and make informed decisions.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and prepare data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize Tableau to create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data models to support analysis and reporting.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within data sets to uncover valuable insights.
- Maintain structured and unstructured data sources
- Perform audits and data gap analysis across various IT systems
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Provide analysis to identify opportunities to continuously improve data
- Create and manage data sources replicated from various environments, primarily SAP S4 HANA
- Work cooperatively with others
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Position may be remote but requires regular physical attendance at meetings held at corporate office.
- Maintain regular, punctual and reliable attendance
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on Tableau and SAP systems.
- Proficiency in Tableau software, including calculated fields, table calculations, and custom visualizations, and advanced features such as Dual Axis, Bins, Accelerators, Geospatial Visualizations
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes within SAP environments, SLT is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in building Data Flows and Data Sources
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques and best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical team members
- 0% travel to branches and other operating companies requiring some overnight stay, travel to industry related conferences and training requiring some extended stay.
