Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Manager, based in Pensacola, FL, The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with HVAC contractors, managing sales activities within the assigned territory, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, managing inventory, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of HVAC products and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a sales or territory management role is beneficial
