Job Purpose : This role is an integral part of our efforts. You will advocate for the user, ensuring our digital experiences are a pleasure to interact with. As an Entry-Level UX Designer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centered designs. You'll gain hands-on experience in the entire design process-from user research to wireframing, prototyping, and testing. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to meaningful projects in a supportive environment.Job Duties and Responsibilities : Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.Assist in maintaining and contributing to the design system.Stay up-to-date with UX trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.Perform other duties as assigned.All the tasks described in these Job Duties and Responsibilities are the essential functions of this job.
