Job Purpose :
The purpose of the UX Designer is to advocate for the user, ensuring our digital experiences are a pleasure to interact with. The UX Designer will design and test highly engaging user interfaces for our consumer facing digital platforms.
Job Duties and Responsibilities : Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goalsConduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisionsCreate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectivelyUX Designers may also be required to perform user testing and analysis, identify and resolve usability issuesIterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usersAssist in maintaining and contributing to the design systemStay up-to-date with UX trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the teamWork closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centered designsWork cooperatively with othersComply with all company policies and proceduresMaintain regular, punctual and reliable attendance and availabilityAll the tasks described in these Job Duties and Responsibilities are the essential functions of this job. Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in UX / UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)A portfolio showcasing design process, problem-solving skills, and creativityBasic proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similarStrong communication and collaboration skillsExcellent organizational, time and project management skillsA user-centered mindset with a willingness to learn and adaptThe ability to work in a team alongside professionals with different areas of expertiseAbility to think creativelyKnowledge of basic HTML / CSS is a plus but not requiredKnowledge of the HVAC industry is preferredPossess a valid driver's licensePossess a satisfactory driving record as determined by company driver policiesTravel Requirement :
25% travel to branches and other operating companies requiring some overnight stay, travel to industry related conferences and training requiring some extended stay
