We are seeking talented beauty professionals to join our luxurious spa as independent contractors. Our serene and well-equipped space is perfect for those looking to elevate their practice and provide exceptional services to clients,with amazing traffic for business in this vibrant area.
Position: Independent Contractor (Lash Artist, Makeup Artist, Massage Therapist, PMU Artist, Esthetician, Wax Specialist, Brow Specialist)
Location: Mini Beauty Longe LLC, 998 Farmington Ave, West Hartford, CT 06107
Suite Rental Rate: Starting $900.00 per month (full-time) commission-based or Daily room rental available for 200$

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality beauty and wellness services including but not limited to:
- Lash extensions and lifts
- Makeup applications
- Therapeutic and relaxation massages
- Permanent makeup procedures
- Skin care treatments
- Waxing services
- Brow shaping and tinting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Promote services through social media and other marketing strategies.
- Manage appointment bookings and client communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
Requirements:
- Valid state license/certification in your respective field.
- Professional liability insurance (preferred).
- Proven experience in your specialty area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
