Job Summary
The Mini Mart Discount is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team. As a vital member of our store, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our customers while ensuring the store operates smoothly. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Keep the store clean and tidy, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing merchandise.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
