1. Front Desk Management:
- Greet students, parents, and visitors as they arrive.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding class schedules, pricing, and studio policies.
- Assist with student check-ins and registrations.
2. Student Enrollment and Records:
- Manage student registrations, including processing enrollment forms, payments, and class schedules.
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, class changes, and contact information.
- Assist with the distribution of class and event information to parents.
3. Outreach Support:
- Assisting with outreach support for our community and mobile programming.
4. Marketing and Communication Support:
- Assist with studio blog, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate with parents about special events, important dates, no class dates etc.
5. General Office Duties:
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Track office supplies and studio equipment as needed.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
6. Customer Service:
- Address parent and student inquiries and concerns.
- Provide information on class offerings, pricing, and policies.
- Handle complaints or disputes in a professional and courteous manner.
7. Support for Instructors:
- Provide administrative support for dance instructors, such as assisting with attendance records or class preparations.
- Ensure that instructors have the necessary materials for their lessons.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, communication, and attention to detail to support the studio's day-to-day operations.

- Previous adminstrative experience

- Previous experience working with children is preferred, but not required
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday (approx 3:00-7/8 depending on the day)
- Fridays 9:00-11:00 AM
- Saturdays 9:00-12:30 PM
This schedule would run Spetember-May with potential of hours through the summer.
