```Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and lives of young learners. Duties: - Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on curriculum guidelines - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Implement effective classroom management strategies - Provide individualized support to students with special education needs - Foster a love for learning through engaging activities and interactive teaching methods - Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience - Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in the classroom - Implement early intervention strategies for students who may require additional support Skills: - Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices - Experience working with children in an educational setting - Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations - Excellent classroom management skills - Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education - Knowledge of early childhood education best practices - Understanding of childcare regulations and safety protocols - Proficiency in planning and organization - Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required) - Teaching certification or licensure (required) - Previous experience as a Teacher or in a similar role (preferred) - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students of all backgrounds - Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners, we encourage you to apply for this position. Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
