What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher's Aide position at Mini World Child Care?
Roles:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Provide support and guidance to students in the classroom
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Support students with special needs or disabilities as necessary
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement curriculum
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher
- Assist with daily tasks such as preparing materials and maintaining a clean classroom environment
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of childhood development practices
- Familiarity with early childhood education techniques and strategies
- Experience in providing care for toddlers or young children
- Classroom management skills
- Understanding of childcare best practices and safety guidelines
- Experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting
- Ability to engage and connect with children on an individual level
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
