Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operator to join our team. As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling various components using hand and power tools. This is a full-time position in a warehouse setting.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics
- Use hand tools and power tools to fabricate and assemble components
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
- Operate a forklift to transport materials as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Forklift certification is a plus
