What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Rep position at Minick Materials?
The ability to perform well as part of a small, family oriented team is most important. Reliability and dependability are key.
Perform duties in our lobby at a work station, providing superior service to all customers, via telephone and in person, promptly and respectfully. Must be able to multitask.
Must be able to organize and prioritize duties daily. Learning about the products we carry and communicating this knowledge to our customers accordingly is important.
Must have the ability to solve practical problems and assist customers with their needs. To do that general mathematics are important along with learning our basic formulas.
Previous work experience in any of these areas is desirable. If not, the applicant MUST be a quick learner.
