Customer Service

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Minimizer. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and product support to our customers through timely and effective communication.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of orders from customers, ensuring seamless execution of transactions.
• Customer Support: Initiate required actions for response to customer service requests for order changes, maintain order/customer information files, and communicate changes to relevant departments.
• Quality Service: Deliver top-notch service to both internal and external customers, fostering long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
• Policies and Procedures: Provide feedback on the soundness and effectiveness of customer service department policies and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Support and Collaboration: Offer backup support to other customer service representatives as needed, promoting teamwork and efficiency within the department.
• Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and communications in a prompt and professional manner, setting high standards for response times and quality.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum one year of customer service or direct marketing work experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
• Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook), and ability to work independently or in a group setting.
