Available Location: Alpharetta, GA
Hybrid Working: In this role, you will split your time between working at the designated company office in Alpharetta, GA for a minimum of 3 days per week and will work remotely from your home address up to 2 days per week. What You'll Do
We are seeking a Customer Demand Generation Manager to execute marketing programs focused on upselling and cross-selling within our existing customer base. This role is responsible for implementing targeted campaigns that drive product expansion opportunities, increase revenue, and support the overall customer marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with experience in email marketing, paid media, content marketing, and campaign execution. Reporting to and collaborating closely with the Sr. Manager of Customer Marketing, as well as sales and product marketing teams, to execute demand generation programs that drive engagement and conversion among current customers.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution:
- Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, webinars, paid media, website content, direct mail, etc.) designed to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
- Ensure campaigns align with the broader customer marketing strategy, leveraging insights from sales, product marketing, and customer success teams
- Execute targeted list segmentation to personalize messaging and improve conversion rates
- Leverage marketing automation tools to build and deploy nurture programs that support expansion efforts
- Partner with the sales team to ensure a steady pipeline of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Track and optimize lead handoff processes to improve sales efficiency and campaign performance
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, pipeline influence, etc.) and optimize campaigns for better results
- Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion across channels
- Collaborate with the analytics team to refine audience targeting and messaging based on data insights
- Passion for serving mission-focused organizations and advancing digital transformation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Proven success running multi-channel campaigns (email, paid ads, webinars, website content, direct mail)
- Experience focusing on upsell/cross-sell and engaging an existing customer base
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (email marketing, automation, workflows, segmentation).
- Familiarity with Salesforce (lead management, reporting, MQL tracking).
- Comfortable using Google Analytics and running A/B tests.
- Strong email marketing, list segmentation, and campaign execution skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data
- Comfortable collaborating with sales, product marketing, and customer success
- Clear communicator who can report results and recommend next steps
- Ability to work in a general office environment
- Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone
- Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 10%
