Overview :

We are looking to hire an Executive Leader for one of our clients, Community for Hope. Community for Hope (CFH) seeks a spiritually mature and mission-driven Executive Leader to guide and expand Christ-centered care for 400 Right at Home (RAH) employees across 14 offices. This role partners closely with the Founder and Board of Directors to cultivate a culture of discipleship, stewardship, and holistic support. The

Executive Leader will drive strategic initiatives, oversee operations, build key

partnerships, and ensure CFH’s mission remains impactful and transformative.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategy

  • Abide in Christ (John 15) with biblical wisdom and servant-hearted leadership.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives within CFH’s mission and God’s
  • vision.
  • Foster unity, clarity, and effective communication among leadership, partners,
  • and staff, especially HR & Care Managers.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure successful execution of key priorities.

Operations & Program Management

  • Oversee daily operations, key projects, volunteers, and partner organizations.
  • Develop and facilitate practical workshops and seminars on relevant topics.
  • Track and report progress on strategic goals using data-driven insights.
  • Lead meetings and ensure accountability and follow-through.
  • Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and report outcomes to the Board. (Iterative Design).
  • Partnerships & Community Engagement

  • Identify, cultivate and strengthen relationships with churches, community organizations, and service providers.
  • Represent CFH at events to enhance visibility and impact.
  • Equip stakeholders with resources to expand CFH’s reach and effectiveness.
  • Spiritual Care & Discipleship
  • Provide direct and indirect faith-based support for individuals and families.
  • Develop personalized care plans that integrate biblical principles and fulfill CFH mission & vision.
  • Lead & / or facilitate discipleship efforts, training, prayer groups, and support initiatives for RAH employees.
  • Offer spiritual and emotional guidance to those facing life challenges.
  • Ensure that assistance programs focus on empowerment and lasting transformation.
  • Qualifications : Skills & Experience

  • Proven leadership experience in a large or mid-sized organization, including proven ability to establish processes, manage people and projects via effective delegation.
  • Strong strategic planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Technologically adept, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Spiritual & Personal Attributes

  • Deep commitment to Jesus Christ and discipleship.
  • A stable, mature follower of Jesus with a passion for servant leadership and community impact.
  • Strong discernment, adaptability, and relational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with grace and professionalism.
  • Education & Experience
  • 5 years of experience in leadership, pastoral care, nonprofit management, or HR.
  • LMSW, Executive Pastor experience, or strong HR background preferred.
  • Working Environment

  • Full-time role with in-person and virtual engagements.
  • Some evenings and weekends required.
  • Moderate local travel with minimal overnight stays.
