Overview :
We are looking to hire an Executive Leader for one of our clients, Community for Hope. Community for Hope (CFH) seeks a spiritually mature and mission-driven Executive Leader to guide and expand Christ-centered care for 400 Right at Home (RAH) employees across 14 offices. This role partners closely with the Founder and Board of Directors to cultivate a culture of discipleship, stewardship, and holistic support. The
Executive Leader will drive strategic initiatives, oversee operations, build key
partnerships, and ensure CFH’s mission remains impactful and transformative.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Strategy
- Abide in Christ (John 15) with biblical wisdom and servant-hearted leadership.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives within CFH’s mission and God’s
- vision.
- Foster unity, clarity, and effective communication among leadership, partners,
- and staff, especially HR & Care Managers.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure successful execution of key priorities.
