- Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule individual and group counseling appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of appointment times and client information.
- Follow up with clients to confirm or reschedule appointments as necessary.
- Client Intake and Confidentiality:
- Collect personal, medical, and spiritual background information from clients (as needed) for counseling purposes.
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality in line with legal and ethical standards, particularly related to counseling.
- Handling Payments and Insurance:
- Assist clients with billing and insurance questions.
- Process payments and work with the financial department if applicable.
- Maintaining a Welcoming Atmosphere:
