Worship Leader
We are seeking a gifted and anointed Worship Director to lead our church in worship. The ideal candidate will be a skilled musician, both vocally and instrumentally, with a passion for contemporary music and a appreciation for traditional hymns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead worship regularly on Sunday mornings and weekly mid-week rehearsals
- Oversee and develop the vocal & instrumental teams
- Recruit new people to the ministry and shepherd the faithful ones
- Plan and create weekly services and special services that incorporate creative elements to foster and enhance worship
Requirements:
- Clear calling to ministry
- Hardworking, servant-leader committed to excellence personally and in others
- Love cutting-edge, contemporary worship music and appreciate traditional hymns
- Enjoy working with the Lead Pastor and Worship Ministry Leadership Team
