What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Representative position at MinistrySure?
We are seeking an aspiring sales professional to join our growing agency. The field service agent is active in the field traveling from client to client in the state of Georgia and obtaining updated information for better customer engagement and service. The ideal candidate will be professional, outgoing, goal-oriented, and internally motivated. An extensive training program will be provided for this individual.
Training At A Glance
First 3 Months:
- You will meet the team.
- Learn our account management system, Applied Epic.
- Receive Training over our main carrier portals.
- Receive Training on additional tools used to help service our accounts.
At 4-6 months:
- Be Established with the office team.
- Be given hands-on training with our producer team on the art of sales with our clients and prospects.
- You will be released into the field with assigned clients to visit throughout the week with service tasks.
- You will start participating in weekly meetings on Fridays regarding your progress with clients and prospective clients in the field.
At 1-year:
- You will be well established with the team, the clients, and the carriers.
- Have advanced knowledge of insurance sales and service.
- Increased skill sets and confidence in the field.
- Potentially start training to be a Producer.

Responsibilities
The Duties Include:
- Take Pictures of Client Structures
- Create Diagram of the layout of these Structures
- Create cost Guides
- Evaluate condition of Structures including Roofs, Plumbing, Electrical, Safety culture, Grounds, etc.
- Build good relationships with Clients, Producers, Account Managers and Support Staff, Insurance Company Underwriters, etc.
- Learn the functions of all the positions within the agency
- Assist with handling of Claims
- Perform Data Base clean up tasks
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Reliable transportation and clean driving history.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
- Prior Sales Experience.
- Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Out of state travel required for training, expenses paid.
Salary : $36,000 - $48,000
