GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision of the Medical Director and licensed medical providers, the MA/LPN/RN is responsible to assist the Physician, PA, or NP in support of medical care of all patients. Day to day activities will vary from triaging, answering phones, taking medical histories and caring for the health of the patients we treat in the beautiful community of Maui.
MAJOR DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES

- COVID Testing
- Lab Specimen Collection
- Maintaining organized and efficient clinical workflow
- Giving complete and accurate histories to provider
- Wound Cleaning and Care
- Instrument Sterilization
- IV Insertion
- Performing Inventory Checks
- Rapid Test Administration
- Pre-Employment/Sports/School Physicals
- Drug Screening
- Checking Medications out of the Pharmacy
- Administering Medications/Injections
- Assisting with clerical work during downtime
- Answering Phones
- Calling Patients regarding lab results
- Assisting with cleaning the clinic per cleaning schedule
- Computer/EHR Proficiency
- Checking and Responding to Emails and Interoffice Communications
- Other patient care per provider requests
SCHEDULING
- Positions available include PRN, Part Time PRN, or potentially FT. A full time position cannot be guaranteed immediately.
- Full time hours required during training. Training period is typically 2 weeks depending on experience level.
- MUST be able to work most weekends and be able to work until close (7pm).
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
MA Certification or prior experience
or LPN/RN with current HI license in good standing
Experience:
Medical Office Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
