Join our team as a Full-Time Call Center Representative in Spring, Texas (77389), and play an essential role in creating a positive experience for our patients. In this position, you will be the first point of contact, responsible for transferring incoming calls, resolving patient inquiries and concerns, and offering professional, courteous, and efficient assistance to ensure that every patient feels heard and valued.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
- Direct/transfer calls to the appropriate department.
- Triage incoming phone calls.
- Respond to emails that arrive using our general office email address.
- Resolve patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions.
- Process patient payments and collect co-payments.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to answer high volume of calls professionally and courteously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of ECW or other EMR systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft teams, ability to correspond with company departments to assist callers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
