Minky Couture is home to the best designer blankets ever! We are an exciting and fast growing company headquartered in Ogden with 6 retail locations throughout Utah.
Minky Couture is looking for a Sales Associate at our Draper store to provide excellent service to our amazing customers. Candidates who are friendly and outgoing who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify customer needs, present and answer questions about our products and recommend the best options. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly attend to our customers will make you successful in this role.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features and pricing)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products
- Ensure displays are fully stocked
- Manage merchandise returns
- Coordinate with the store team to provide excellent customer service
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products knowledge
Skills
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building team relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
