What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Infusion Care Coordinator position at Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology?
Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide care coordination for infusion patients reviewing their medical history, diagnostics, lab, creating and maintaining a complete patient profile. This position is also responsible for updating and maintaining the CMS registry involving amyloid therapies.
**This is a 32 hour per week, hybrid role, with the opportunity to work remotely and spend 1 day a week in our Golden Valley office.**
We are seeking candidates who have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patient centered, strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines and troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Ability to work independently, exhibit mature judgment and make sound decisions.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost judgment and discretion.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- High degree of proficiency with EPIC electronic health system
- A.S. or B.S.N. degree in Nursing with basic knowledge of neurology.
- At least 3 years of experience in nursing; neurology experience desired.
- MN Licensure as registered nurse.
