What You’ll Do:
- Perform blood draws for pediatric and adult patients with precision and care.
- Process lab samples promptly and accurately, adhering to established protocols.
- Administer IVs and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Communicate with patients regarding abnormal imaging or urgent lab results, ensuring clarity and next steps.
- Address patient questions related to treatments, medications, and integrative care practices.
- Review prescription refill requests in collaboration with nurse practitioners, ensuring accuracy.
What You’ll Need:
- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in an integrative or outpatient care setting.
- Experience with pediatric and adult blood draws.
- Proficiency in IV therapy and administering injections.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, multidisciplinary environment.
