Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The TA Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, an eye for top-tier talent, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify potential candidates.
- Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find qualified candidates.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide feedback to candidates and guide them through the interview process.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, interview processes, and candidate selection.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboarding:
- Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews and managing logistics.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Candidate Experience:
- Create a positive candidate experience by maintaining professionalism, transparency, and communication throughout the process.
- Provide candidates with feedback and updates about the status of their applications.
- Data and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress through the recruitment process.
- Track key performance metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports to optimize the recruitment strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role.
- Can be onsite twice (2) a month at the corporate office.
- Can be onsite at your centers once (1) a quarter.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of hiring best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for Behavioral Health positions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
