Communications and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and conversions.
• Write and edit compelling marketing copy, including blog posts, product descriptions, and social media content.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Manage and optimize our website and e-commerce platform using WordPress and Google Analytics.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring ROI on all campaigns.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design and create visual content, including graphics, videos, and infographics.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing campaigns accordingly.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with our brand's tone, style, and messaging.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive marketing copy.
• Experience with Google Analytics and HTML coding.
• Familiarity with WordPress and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with SalesForce Database management.
• Knowledge of market research principles and the ability to conduct effective research.
• Budgeting experience and the ability to manage marketing budgets effectively.
• A passion for marketing and a keen interest in staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
