Job Summary
Job Description
This position is key to providing high-quality, positive interactions for the LSC community, including faculty, staff, and most importantly current and prospective students and their families. By providing advanced levels of decision-making, customer service, and student worker team leadership, this position ensures that stakeholders receive excellent , broad ranging assistance for all needs - from application to graduation. The incumbent plays an important role in the recruitment and retention of students. This position also supports the Student Services Center by completing a variety of administrative tasks such as processing official transcript requests, ordering and organizing supplies and print materials and making sure the center has what it needs to function effectively in addition to serving as the reception for all offices within the Academic and Student Services offices (Accessibility Services, Financial Aid, Records, Advising, Career Services, Academic Administration, and other ancillary departments
