Job Summary
As a Transactions Technician, you will provide advanced technical personnel support to the Human Resources Division staff and Minnesota IT Services managers, supervisors and employees. This position will process human resources transactions affecting employee and position actions as well as provide data maintenance of human resources tracking and reporting systems. This position also serves as a resource by conducting new employee welcome meetings, and overseeing the coordination, enrollment, and access to the fringe benefits available to Minnesota IT Services employees.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience performing a variety of HR support functions including human resource transactions, benefits and insurance administration. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources may substitute for one year of experience.
