Metropolitan Council is now hiring for Assistant Manager, Construction ServicesThis position assists in the oversight of the Construction Services Department in support of the Capital Program, which includes construction contract administration, quality assurance, inspection, stakeholder communication, compliance with applicable state, local and federal laws and ordinances, and risk management associated with construction in the regional wastewater collection system and 9 water resource recovery facilities.Minimum Requirements: Any of the following combinations in completed education (degree field of study in construction management, engineering, or related field) and experience (in heavy construction or construction management with exposure to a broad range of disciplines such as civil, mechanical, or electrical): •Associate/technical degree with 8 years of experience including 3 years of experience in a leadership/supervisory role.•Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience including 3 years of experience in a leadership/supervisory role.License Requirements: Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.Apply and learn more: https://www.governmentjobs.com/careers/metrocouncil
