The City of Lake City Public Works Department is accepting applications for a full-time journey line worker. The position is responsible for construction, maintenance, repair, and installation of overhead and underground electrical distribution systems and equipment. Minimum qualifications include successful, documented completion of an accredited power line construction maintenance apprenticeship program in a vocational/technical college plus four years’ experience in electrical utility distribution work.
