-Maintain and Repair Equipment – Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, boilers, air compressors, generators, and bodies of water like pools and fountains. Perform preventive maintenance, including greasing bearings and changing belts and filters.
-Operate Tools and Machinery – Use specialized tools, testing devices, and computer software to diagnose and repair systems. Safely operate vehicles, material handlers, hoists, and lifts.
-Recordkeeping & Coordination – Maintain work schedules, equipment logs, inspection records; coordinate with various parties.
-Work in Various Conditions – Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments under different weather conditions.
