What are the responsibilities and job description for the Public Works Worker (part-time, year around) position at Minnesota City Jobs?
Work may consist of mowing and trimming grass, spraying weeds, picking up brush and debris, trimming trees, plants and shrubs, installing landscaping in the summer. In the winter months perform snow and ice control. As needed, this position will help with repairs of buildings, repair streets, drainage, storm and sanitary sewer systems, lighting and repair projects, operating small hand tools to upkeep buildings, parks and park facilities. This position will also operate a non-commercial truck and use a variety of hand tools and small repair equipment. There will be exposure to heat and inclement weather.
